Short answer

Oversteer, understeer, one-direction-only spins and startup hesitation look like four different hobbies and often share a cause. Scoring the symptoms together points at the system rather than the part you happened to notice first.

What the score means

Band What it points at First thing to do
0 to 4 Throttle timing and gyro gain Practise at half throttle, then raise gyro gain one step
5 to 9 Camber, toe and tyre condition Measure both front wheels and compare your rears with a new tyre
10 to 13 Drivetrain, especially the rear diff Lift the car and test whether both rear wheels drive together
14 to 18 Drivetrain plus power delivery Lock the diff, then fix the startup hesitation
What a quiz cannot doThis scores symptoms, not the car. It cannot see a bent hinge pin, a cell that has gone soft in the pack, or a diff that is tight in one direction only. Use the result to decide what to check first, then check it with the car on the bench.
On oversteer and understeerIn RC drift, oversteer is not automatically a fault. A car that will not rotate is as much of a problem as one that snaps, and the front grip that causes understeer is usually a tyre or toe setting rather than a lack of power.
